Yes. You may be surprised by the title. It is exclusive domain for few in this birth. That does not mean, all are not potent enough to find answer for ‘Who am I?’.
You may need Physics and mathematics formulas to understand Time and relativity. But you certainly don’t need them to realize it.
Realization is not exclusive domain of few. Open for all if you can decipher language of God.

भोगा न भुक्ता वयमेव भुक्ताः
तपो न तप्तं वयमेव तप्ताः।
कालो न यातो वयमेव याताः
तृष्णा न जीर्णा वयमेव जीर्णाः॥
(हमने भोगों को नहीं भोगा, बल्कि भोगों ने ही हमें भोग लिया है। हमने तप नहीं किया, बल्कि त्रिविध (आधिभौतिक, आधिदैविक और आध्यात्मिक) तापों ने हमें ही तप्त कर दिया (जला डाला) है। (नाना प्रकार के भोगों को भोगते हुये) हम समय को व्यतीत नहीं कर पाये, बल्कि स्वयं ही व्यतीत (शैशव से यौवन और पुनः जरावस्था को प्राप्त) हो गये। हमारी तृष्णा (और अधिक पाने की लालसा) जीर्ण नहीं हुई, बल्कि हम स्वयं ही जीर्ण शीर्ण (वृद्ध) हो गये।)
