Processed Milk increases its allergenicity

Our society’s kids are suffering from worse form of one or another type of allergies or inflammation. We (like-minded friends across the world) have been sharing this for almost 10 years now that the organized processed food is biggest culprit for worsening health condition of society. Milk processing tops the list.

Least someone listen 🙁 Even family members ignore it. 🙁

This is the message I received 1 week back from a friend from the field (active researcher in the field of Biology).

This study demonstrates that raw (unprocessed) cow’s milk and native whey proteins have a lower allergenicity than their processed counterparts. The preclinical evidence in combination with the human proof-of-concept provocation pilot provides evidence that milk processing negatively influences the allergenicity of milk.
