नाश्नीयात् प्रेक्षमाणानामप्रदायैव दुर्मतिः ⁠।
न यज्ञशिष्टादन्यद्‌ वा न क्रुद्धो नान्यमानसः ⁠।⁠।⁠ १७ ⁠।⁠।
आत्मार्थं भोजनं यस्य रत्यर्थं यस्य मैथुनम् ⁠। वृत्त्यर्थं यस्य चाधीतं निष्फलं तस्य जीवितम् ⁠।⁠।⁠ १८ ⁠।⁠।
 
देखनेवालों (भूखे व्यक्तियों)-को बिना दिये हुए तथा दुर्मना होकर भोजन नहीं करना चाहिये। यज्ञसे अवशिष्ट अन्नसे भिन्न अन्न ग्रहण नहीं करना चाहिये। अन्यमनस्क होकर तथा क्रुद्ध होकर भोजन नहीं करना चाहिये। जो केवल अपने लिये ही भोजन बनाता है, जो केवल कामसुखके लिये ही मैथुन करता है और जो केवल आजीविका प्राप्त हो जाय—इस उद्देश्यसे अध्ययन करता है, उसका जीवन निष्फल ही है ⁠।⁠।

❌ – Never eat alone. Always have meals in group. If not group, at least some company!
❌ – Never eat while hungry are watching!
✔ – Let the hungry unknown (human, cow, animal, birds) eat your cooked food before you take your meal.
✔ – Always have man with cheerful state!
✔ – Have meal with the mindset of यज्ञ. You mere sacrificing the food for all trillion cells in your body complex (Cells, Microbes, Fungus etc)
✔ – Full focus on meal
❌- No waveing mind! No anger, no राग-द्वेष, ईर्षा !
