#prachodayathealth The Energy Trigger Part 1

Each sense has its own pathway in brain which is activated when the sense is actively receiving the inputs. But besides this, all the inputs also carry different forms of energy. As early as 1940s, this was tested that when the light goes into eyes, it not only activates optic pathway but also photo-stimulate pituitary gland.

Point is: The gross as well as subtle energies, continuously shape us by activating or deactivating specific neural pathways, resulting in one or another physiological state.

Like eyes, skin, yet another sense, is continuously interacting with energy states in environment. (Indoor, outdoor, sunlight, artificial light, mobile radiation, Bluetooth radiation, Wi-Fi radiation, energy emitted by peers’ mental states, animals’ energy emission, trees’ energy emission), triggering various neural pathways, changing states of many sub-systems (like hormonal glands, heart, Kidney etc).

Before Industrial age, energy exchange with environment was very very limited.

After Information age, it is extreme and uncontrolled. Finding EMF-Smog free place is challenge in even tier-2 cities.

In many large buildings (workplace, schools, hospitals etc) are without windows, fully air-conditioned, we lack natural electromagnetic energy (sunlight) exchanges but are surrounded by uncontrolled EMF Smog of wifi/bluetooth/3G/4G/5G)

The end result is uncertain. And we can never blame environmental energy flood for our acidity, cancer or allergy. But in reality, they are the cause.

What is the solution for this uncertainity?

– Don’t miss morning sunlight at any cost
– Spend evening sunset time in nature (if nothing works, go on your workplace terrace or balcony)
– Complete shutdown of digital devices from 8 PM to 8 AM
– Use wired network for internet. Define wifi slots at home, not more than 2 hrs per day.
– No mobile before 1 hr of sleep and after 2 hrs of waking up.
– Spend minimum 6 to 8 hrs per week in nature, away from all sorts of electromagnetic smog.
