All around my city, I see new resorts are coming up (this is sign of shortcut money and neo-richness bubble in city). Some of them use word ‘Ayurveda Resort’ 😀
Ayurveda and Resort? :O
Resort is a place for amusement and recreation. you cannot reverse illness by recreation. Recreation succumbs to senses and consumes us. Consumption of self cannot cure illnesses.
Luxury and ambiance won’t act as treatment. Yes, sometimes, it is placebo effect due to change of place and relaxation from daily travails. But it is not scientific way of treating patients! 🙂
In authenticate Ayurveda, The Vaidhya or the Doctor is in center. His or her skills and benevolent heart that creates difference. 🙂 Most of these resorts lack trained, experienced and sensitive Ayurvedic doctor. Most of these resorts do marketing based on facilities and packages. No where doctor is mentioned! 😀 😉
Before you spend hefty money behind these resorts, think twice. 🙂
Ayurveda is pure science. And only those Vaidya can do wonder who are well-versed in the science! Treatments and facilities are secondary. Focus on the skills of doctor!
