There are THREE simple steps to produce hypocrite citizens.
- Provide education but to literate them and do not educate them!
- Exclude moral and values from their upbringing
- During puberty period(When vitality of life is at highest level!), keep them away from ground(physical activities), keep them away from library(mental activities) and provide such an environment that they are engulfed fully into sensuous enjoyments(Food, Film and Free time) ( In short, destroy ब्रह्मचर्य आश्रम of Nation’s youth and they will serve you like a slave)This formula is so powerful that you will surely get herd type educated citizens who would have no own individuality, no quality to drive the Nation. They will compromise with principles and yet display goodness. It will be easy to run such Nation.
There are two types of hypocrites that you will find after above steps.
Type 1 from as per Gita
कर्मेन्द्रियाणि संयम्य य आस्ते मनसा स्मरन् ।
इन्द्रियार्थान्विमूढात्मा मिथ्याचार: स उच्यते ।।Gita 3.6।।
He who outwardly restraining the organs of sense and action, sits mentally dwelling on the objects of senses, that man of deluded intellect is called a hypocrite.(Gita 3.6)Type 2 as per Pity the Nation by Kahlil Gibran
Pity the nation that despises a passion in its dream,yet submits in its awakening.

Hypocrite is miserable than ignorant.Ignorant doesn’t know how to live and so remain happy in misery. But half baked literates have no choice but to live like a insects and die like a insects.They know the light but don’t know that going towards light is fatal and so get killed by heat of the lamp.In simple terms, uncontrolled usage of senses leads to wavering,agitated and ever occupied mind(read brain),such mind leads to action-thought mismatch very often as excessive bandwidth of brain’s power is occupied in creating and updating sensual(sensual is not only SEX! Indulging in anything no worth of sustaining life is sensual. Excessive entertainment, excessive food, excessive sleep etc) experiences. So when something needs to put in action, mind searches by shortcuts and compromises with principles. That’s why when society is full of half baked uneducated hypocrite literates, corruption is here to stay like devil’s shadow.

One of the best ways to achieve peace of mind is to meditate. Meditate, peace, act righteously. May society sees demonstration of righteousness in you.
This is possible when kids in their peak growth period stay away from all traps, in secluded natural environment, under the auspicious guidance of Guru, in company of like-minded students!
