Most of us eat food for taste and not to satisfy needs of the body. Instead of strict division of food eating habits, one must develop synergy with the local face of the mother nature. Food has to be local. In extreme terrains like desert or jungle, there can be variation. But for most of mankind, body physiology is more inclined to suggest vegetarian food.
