Like all other activities in hyper mode, our cooking is also in hyper mode. More and more processed food is the outcome. Hyper crushing, hyper milling and hyper temperature! Everything MEGA and quick, like a magic! 2 minutes food!

Not just what you eat, how you eat or when you eat but also food texture play critical role in digestion. Modern cooking doesn’t allow food to travel at normal speed in digestion track. The movement is too rapid. There is no time for Prana to get assimilated from food, in body. And when this prana is not exchanged, it is useless meal! Just another waste of Body’s fire!

Eat slowly – yes! But also eat such food that will travel slowly or rather at optimum speed! In fact, as per Ayurveda, the food comprised of all 6 tastes is ideally. 6 Tastes are nothing but different rate of getting assimilation in the body. The ideal one is मधुर! Food movement = Taste = Texture of the food!

Not raw, not overcooked but minimally processed (सुसंस्कारित) food!
