Season change is very tricky time. Variation and hunger confusions. This lead to indigestion related ailments.

2) And if at all, stuck up by indigestion/diarrhea? Use Harde(हरडे).
(Diarrhea is an illness with severe pain, take हरडे(Terminalia chebula) + lump sugar (गांठ चीनी) 5 times (5 days) )
This is how preventive health was part of local culture. But since now our children are trained under western language, they developed alien mindset. They never get to know really healthful knowledge. And so for minor sickness too, we have to rely on expert advise which costs a lot :).
