It is sad thing that Ayurveda is not practiced as per शास्त्र. Had it been followed as per instructions, we really don’t need tons of medicines as we produced now. Science is alive for more than 5000 years is the biggest testimony!
On the other side of wall, we blindly accept all modern medicines where many clinical trials are frequently failed!
And my dear doctor friends demand clinical trials for eternal Ayurvedic life style practices.
Those who are living behind glass walls, should not initiate stone pelting
