बात यदि १०-१५ दिन की होती तो उपेक्षा कर लेते | आज २० महीने होने को है और विश्व में अवाचिक संवाद पर रोक लगी हुई है | वयस्क मन फिर भी सन्निकटन कर मनोभाव समझने हेतु प्रयत्न करता है और कुछ अंश तक सफल भी होता है पर बच्चों का क्या? कभी सोचा है की कैसे non-verbal communication के अभाव में बच्चों का मानसिक विकास ठप हो जाएगा? पारस्परिक संबंध में कितनी बाधा आएगी? अविश्वास और आशंका सामान्य हो जाएगा ! जब स्कूल और व्यवसाय मास्क के साथ अगले ३-४ वर्ष या अधिक समय चलेंगे तब हमें आवाचिक संचार के अभाव की असर देखने को मिलेगी | खासकर , १२ वर्ष से छोटे बच्चों की मानसिकता से !

For instance, masks often cover a large portion of a person’s face, which makes it difficult for people to read lips or process nonverbal cues. And because the mouth is covered, it also can result in muffled speech. Both of these factors make communication with a mask even more difficult.

What is the solution?
(1) Use Masks only when necessary. Use your discriminatory intellect to decide, to wear or not.
(2) Engage kids in communication with proper nonverbal clues. Don’t just speak while watching TV or Mobile. They are already lacking the vital clues to learn from.
(3) Never miss the eye contact while speaking!
