Cholesterol – Critical for lung functioning

———————-

I have shared it here before that cholesterol fear is artificial. In reality, cholesterol plays critical role in almost all organs!

One of the key role is in lungs! Cholesterol, a naturally occurring compound at the lung surface, has been shown to have a clear effect on the properties of this nanoscale film that covers the inside of our lungs. Cholesterol levels in this system may affect the lung’s function, according to researchers at Lund University in Sweden who have published a new study on the significance of cholesterol for lung surface properties. The new findings provide new insights into this vital physiological system.

Imagine when we are prescribed dead and dumb Statin tablets to control cholesterol!

Result?

Statins and Pulmonary Fibrosis

Statin-induced lung injury

Better to work on life style! Stop torturing your body by idiotic sleep pattern, high stress and moronic diet!
