It is indeed reality that we lost near and dear ones during March-May 2021. It was unfortunate. We cannot fill the vacuum created by lost. The scar is not easy to heal for many. However, we can always prepare for the future by taking sensible, logical preventive steps. Whether we accept or not, antibiotics do play critical negative role when administered in hospital setup. It is not matter of giving antibiotics to patient or not, it is antibiotics’ impact on the environment, local hospital environment. Last year, in July 2020, I warned based on my limited understanding. I will repeat those suggestions:

If my suggestions count really? Will try to give few here.

-1) Do everything, dincharya, rutucharya, preventive case, exercise, meditation to avoid sickness conditions.

0) Don’t panic. Don’t be anxious while watching news. I suggest, stop watching news and stop reading newspapers.

1) Home care as much as possible.

2) When situation is out of control, choose smaller healthcare facilities over big five-star hospitals.

3) Ventilation norm shouldn’t be compromised. Sunlight and air must flow through all corners of the facility. Don’t go with fully air-conditioned setups.

4) Herbal fumigation (based on proven results -you can explore the option if you want) is must during hospital stay. Daily two times Agnihotra can work too. Guggul dhoop can help too.

5) Copper usage in instruments, utensils, furniture is also must.

6) Follow at least Ayurvedic diet regime if you can’t trust the Ayurvedic treatment

Radical changes in infection control practices are need of the hour. I hope we will learn from the past.

Take care.
