Modern Man is driven by profit and greed. They do realize value of exercise and physical work now but still don’t obey biological clocks. This ignorance or arrogance or both, act as silent weapon against body, kills step by step.

You are playing with fire if you are doing exercise at wrong time. Adjust everything else but shift exercise to early morning session or at max by sunset.
