Modern Medicine blames innocent dead DNA strips for flu epidemics. They call it Viruses. Unlike computer viruses who can be programmed or controlled remotely or execute instructions, biological viruses are neither programmed nor can execute anything. They are dead piece of molecules. They are innocent. They don’t cause anything. What we call viruses, are nothing but messages our cells (or any organism’s) exchanges. Some messages are threat warnings about upcoming cellular stress due to harsh environment or lack of food or lack good mental health.

In reality, ever since the advent of seasonal movement of Sun to the southern solstice, Prana shakti is at lowest in Earth’s atmosphere. Our organ’s efficiency also decreases during this 6 months. Cumulative stress of 6 months with low Prana, re-surfaces every year in form of Flu.

Those who take care of Prana during six months, do not get affected by Flu.

How to protect prana?

Preserve. Use it wisely. Do not miss chances to top up (Homam, Surya Namaskar)

1) Most of our Prana gets drained in digestion.
– Eat light food starting from monsoon.
– Avoid processed food.
– Avoid stale food.
– Avoid food cooked by professionals as there is no prana in cooking done without selfless motive to serve the beings.
– Regularize food intake timings.
– Do fast regularly. Select Chaturthi or Ekadashi before Amavasya. As this is monthly vulnerable time to get hit by sickness. Some of us, involved in genuine Sadhna, do fasting for 4 months.
– Skip meal if previous meal is not yet digested.

2) Avoid heavy exercise during monsoon. Do exercise starting with winter. Post Diwali.

3) Do oil massage post Diwali

4) Have controlled over Kama (Sex). Define and follow celibacy periods. This is max Prana consuming activity. Ahead of eating food.

5) Spend maximum time in nature. At least mornings and evenings.

6) Do homam regularly. Fire generates Prana for your local environment.
There is only one source of Prana. Father Sun. Be with him. Do not miss the chance.

7) Sleep in ventilated bedrooms. Sleep is when your body restores vital forces at best efficiency.

Now, when you forget to follow this, your body will be low at prana for long time. Possibly entire winter. So by the end of winter, you collapse. Onset of flu.

And for God sake, do not blame messages (Viruses) for your illness!
