Learn to avoid आधि psychic disorders and व्याधि physical illness first. Eat good, exercise, socialize, spend time with mother nature, raise children, take care of parents, sleep well and when you think you are now capable of avoiding आधि and व्याधि , learn to seek freedom.
And to avoid आधि and व्याधि, we need कर्मकांड, to observe the perfection in our thoughts and actions.
