Cases of thrombosis are increasing day by day. I never heard about this in past 30 years but within last 2 years, heard and observed in close circles.

Thrombosis : The formation or presence of a thrombus (a clot of coagulated blood attached at the site of its formation) in a blood vessel.

Due to this, cardiovascular risk increases many times. Chances of acute and sudden heart attacks are high. In case of pregnant lady, miscarriage happens.

Right now, Aspirin Therapy is used to avoid miscarriages in pregnant women. No one knows side effects yet.

Here is the solution. Include desi cow’s milk and ghee in diet. Although below research does not specify type of milk and from which breed, I suggest Raw milk from Desi Indian breed (Bos Indicus). Procure milk for the sake of medicine. Do not hurt the calf’s intake. Let the cows be in stress-free environment. Enough fresh water, enough fresh air, enough grazing, enough exposure to Sun.

Dietary Maillard reaction products and their fermented products reduce cardiovascular risk in an animal model

The Maillard reaction is a chemical reaction between amino acids and reducing sugars that results in browned foods like seared steaks and toasted bread. When proteins and sugars are mixed together and heated, new chemical compounds are formed. Some are responsible for new flavors and some, according to a new study published in the Journal of Dairy Science®, may protect us against cardiovascular disease.

This research shows that:

“Dietary compounds formed in milk-based products lowered serum total and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels and triglycerides in mice. These compounds also protected against acute pulmonary thromboembolism as well as aspirin, but without the possible bleeding consequences often observed in aspirin therapy.”
