Don’t take this post as pessimistic or personally but this is to make us realize the critical aspect of preserving childhood.

Our entertainment bombarding, polluted water and food and other modern living aspects are reducing childhood years. [1]

Early puberty is what early aging is to many of us. It is frustrating for mind and body. Too much stress. Direct impact. Indirect impact.

Women who began having menstrual cycles at a younger age are at greater risk of developing gestational diabetes, a disease affecting up to 7 percent of pregnant women that can cause babies to develop type 2 diabetes and other complications, new research shows.

As per this study, we don’t only ruin our kids’ future but their kids’ future too! 🙁

Please take care! Don’t kill childhood. Don’t expect adult responses from your kid. Make sure they are immune to filthy Bollywood which can trigger hormones early via mental thoughts. From milk to tomato sauce. Avoid artificial gender-bending chemicals.

Early puberty associated with gestational diabetes

Women who began having menstrual cycles at a younger age are at greater risk of developing gestational diabetes, a disease affecting up to 7 percent of pregnant women that can cause babies to develop type 2 diabetes and other complications, new research shows.

Previous research has shown an association between beginning menstrual cycles, or menarche, at a young age and the development of type 2 diabetes. However, the new study, published in Diabetes Care, a peer-reviewed journal of the American Diabetes Association, looked specifically at menarche and gestational diabetes, a type of diabetes that begins or is first recognized during pregnancy.

The study followed more than 27,000 women enrolled in the Nurses’ Health Study II and observed that when menarche began at age 11 compared to age 14, women had a 39 percent higher risk of developing gestational diabetes. An increased risk, although lower, also occurred when menarche began at 12 and 13.

Gender-bending chemicals ‘triggering early puberty in girls and putting them at risk of diabetes and cancer’

Gender-bending chemicals used in food cans, shower curtains and toys may be triggering early puberty in girls – and putting them at greater risk of cancer and diabetes, researchers say.

A study has found evidence that three classes of hormone-mimicking chemicals disrupt the bodies of girls approaching adolescence.

Although the association is ‘weak’, the scientists say it raises serious questions about the causes of early puberty.

The average age of puberty in girls – ten years and three months – has fallen by more than a year in a single generation.

Doctors say improved diet and higher body weights of children is mostly to blame.

  1. There is an amino acid called tryptophan(precursor to serotonin, melatonin etc) . There habe been experiments in rats, mice and some other mammals too where the researchers kept the diet same in both the control and experiment group except the experimental group had zero tryptophan in their diet. They saw that the experimental group hit puberty late compared to tue control group. So, it seems that higher tryptophan in diet can trigger early puberty.
